Originally designed for punishing military applications, large case 95-series continuous duty alternators combine extra heavy duty components with a patented dual-delta stator winding that is perfectly suited to drive inverters and larger battery loads.
By doubling the number of stator windings, the dual delta design enables our 95-series alternator to achieve rated amperage with less effort, so charging occurs more efficiently, with greater cooling and increased alternator life.
Stout J-180 mount provides exceptional mounting strength and rigidity. Rotor shaft is a hefty 7/8". Oversized bearings. Tough powdercoat finish. Keyed bi-directional fan. Sealed brushes.
